The Future of Living, Renewed
For decades, luxury residential design has been defined by what a home contains, from exceptional art and bespoke furnishings to private spas and beautifully appointed amenities. Yet Nina Magon began asking a more meaningful question: What does a home give back to the people who live within it?
That question became the foundation of KA, a new branded residential concept co-founded by Nina Magon and created to unite architecture, wellness, hospitality, technology, and design into one fully integrated living experience.
Rather than treating wellness as an amenity residents must seek out, KA embeds it into the rhythms of everyday life. Every element, from natural light and air quality to acoustics, materials, movement, and restorative rituals, is considered through the lens of how it can help residents feel, function, and live better.
THE MERKABA ROOMâ„¢
At the center of the KA experience is the Merkaba Roomâ„¢, a private wellness sanctuary incorporated into every residence.
Rooted in ancient ritual and informed by contemporary wellness science, the space is envisioned to include a hot and cold plunge, hyperbaric chamber, meditation pod, and red-light sauna.
More than a personal spa, the Merkaba Roomâ„¢ reflects the larger KA philosophy: the environments we inhabit should not only look extraordinary; they should actively contribute to how we feel.
Featured in Hospitality Design magazine
KA’s vision was recently featured in the Wellness Issue of Hospitality Design magazine, highlighting its highly individualized approach to residential wellbeing.
The feature explores how KA moves beyond the traditional model of shared fitness centers, spas, and meditation rooms by making wellness inseparable from the experience of living itself. It also spotlights the Merkaba Room as a defining expression of the brand’s commitment to restoration through architecture, sensory design, and intentional daily ritual.
This recognition reinforces an important shift taking place across the design and hospitality industries. The future of luxury will not be measured only by material value or visual impact, but by the quality of life an environment enables.
A New Standard for Wellness Living
The greatest homes of the future may not be remembered for the size of their closets, the rarity of their art collections, or the expense of their finishes.
They will be remembered for how they made people feel.
How they restored health.
How they strengthened families.
How they created connection.
How they helped people live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
At KA, the most extraordinary amenity is not simply what a home contains.
It is what the home gives back.
