Where does the time go? It has only been a few weeks and I am getting tons of questions about how to get a modernized look in a home with traditional architecture as seen in the Sandra Lee Super Bowl show house that I designed. One of my favorite rooms from this project was a traditional library with tall beautiful ceilings that was filled with the perfect mix of modern pieces.
I had the wonderful opportunity to share my take on transitional design and offer a few tips on how to mix traditional and modern styles into a look that works during a recent segment on Houston Life to answer some of the questions that I was being asked.
