We manage the entire design process: from feasibility to design, all the way through to construction, whilst also coordinating and supervising all trades involved, in order to deliver a successful project.

1. DEVELOPING THE BRIEF

With every project being unique, we start by carefully considering the clients’ needs. We get a clear understanding of the client’s design style, needs, and aspirations. We then use this as a basis in which we can set clear objectives for the project.

2. PLANNING

We are well versed in planning, with many years of experience from working with leading property, hotel and hospitality developers, private residential clients, and retailers. This has led us to understand what is needed to carryout a project from concept to completion.

3. CONCEPT PRESENTATION

We put together a concept presentation using inspirational imagery to further refine our design plan. This phase allows our client to get an understanding of the feel and direction of the look we are creating for their project.

4. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

We present layout drawings as well as finishes to areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, as well as proposals for any architectural and structural changes. With Nina Magon Studios project acumen, we make sure all concepts are feasible by collaborating with the entire project team.

5. DOCUMENTATION

With our knowledge in space planning, interior detailing and custom millwork, we create detailed interior plans and 3D models to help the client envisage the space whilst also making sure that there is optimal use of each space.

6. SELECTION OF FINISHES AND FF&E

Depending on the scope of the project, we provide selections for the cabinetry and millwork, lighting, kitchen and bathroom finishes. We also present the design scheme showing fabrics samples, carpets, specialist wall finishes and custom furniture and fittings.

7. CONSTRUCTION

We offer a full-service design solution, from initial brief through to the final fully furnished home. Our award-winning team delivers projects to the highest standards through innovative construction methods, attention to detail, program and cost management.

8. PROCUREMENT

We plan and select the best furniture pieces, materials and objects from around the world to suit each client’s needs. We also customize furniture pieces to suit the project, thereby adding another level of a bespoke experience to the project.

9. INSTALLATION

At this final stage, our team styles our clients spaces by providing a curated collection of luxury and contemporary accessories and fine art, which has been designed to come together to create a truly refined space.
