  1. Jaipur is indeed a feast for the eyes (and tongue…the best lassi I ever had was from there!). The old palaces turned hotels/B&Bs are amazing…the decor in those are fading and cracking from neglect since the nobles with their ample resources no longer maintain them, but to me they are just as beautiful as the stunning, freshly painted vibrant examples you show. Such an inspiration!
