A few weeks ago, I was asked by Sydney Dao to speak on an extremely informative panel at the Samara Art Gallery located in Houston, TX. It was an illuminating discussion on the impact that Art has in the spaces we create. We also discussed where to find the best Art for you, the process for selecting the perfect statement piece, and the meaning that Art has in your home. Gallery owner, Camille Samara participated in the panel with me and our moderator was the FABULOUS Neal Hamil. During the question and answer portion of the discussion, one attendee asked me where the best places to find Art online were, which quite frankly, motivated me to write todays blog.
Although, I do believe that there is nothing better than physically scouring different art galleries to look for Art that moves you, or to purchase signature pieces during one’s travels, there is just something about having the option to find a piece that speaks to you, even if its online! Oh the joy of purchasing Art instantaneously from the click of a button in the comfort of your own home. In my opinion, there are truly so many great and unique options for Art from emerging artists online.
