Everything smells of the 15th century in Italy in this spectacular villa designed by the Nina Magon studio , from the grandiose white marble exterior façade to the classic moulding that surrounds the ceiling and leads to some very high arches that lead to a patio, which has nothing to envy of the best rural estate you can imagine. And when it seems that Nero is going to appear as you cross the door offering a handful of fresh grapes, you discover that you are in a house that has nothing to envy of a Nordic construction. Because the interior is bold and warm, playing with styles to maintain the Italian savoir faire with the most contemporary of European lines .

With the open concept as the central axis on the ground floor and in most of the 650 square meters of the house, the first thing that catches the eye is the height, which is intertwined on both floors, reaching almost 7 meters, and allows the attention to be focused on the spherical metal mesh lamp by Moooi, one of the most striking elements. Also not to be missed are the shiny cowhide rug with geometric prints by Kyle Hunting, or the fireplace covered by a large slab of onyx that changes color when the lights are on . But among so much avant-garde, Nina ensured warmth in pieces such as the two cozy gray swivel chairs, designed by her, as well as in the incorporation of two dark gray sofas by Ligne Roset.

There is only one door on the ground floor, and it leads directly to a multimedia room, dominated by a huge piece of grey silk in different geometric shapes that covers the soundproof walls, transforming a utilitarian solution into one of the most personal design elements of the house . White and glass, wood and art, shiny floors and strong colours, two eras and two styles that find the perfect balance in this house.
