Culinary project
Spanning an entire city block, the highly anticipated Lyric Market will stand proudly next to the iconic Lyric Tower and set the stage for a 7,500 SF deck, communal plaza, and street-side terrace. The heart of the striking multi-story structure will center around a 14,000 SF culinary marketplace, featuring a curated collection of 9 renowned chef-driven food concepts and a lively bar. Lyric Market will also feature over 10,000 SF of space dedicated to private dining and events, a conference center, and retail opportunities.
Lyric Market, located in The Arts District of Downtown Houston, is a premiere food hall designed by Nina Magon which exudes beauty with extended comfort. Our studio was responsible for completing the Interior Architecture + Interior Design.
