Hello to all of my BEAUTIFUL friends and followers! I am so full of pride and joy this week due to the popularity of our recent project being featured in Houston CityBook! I have enjoyed sharing sneak peeks of this amazingly modern space as we counted down the days of the final reveal, but finally, here it is! A huge thank you to the team at Houston CityBook for such a breathtaking 6-page layout of this project!
I was completely drawn in by the home’s gorgeous white modern loggia and Italianate exterior. The modern version of a Renaissance Italian Villa told me that the design for this project would also incorporate modern and contemporary European design elements for the interiors. This 7,000 sqft residential project, located in Houston, TX included interior architectural design, soft finish design and accessories throughout home.
In sticking to the Italian modern theme , I knew it was a must to use furniture with modern shapes from Ligne Roset, Roche Bobois, and Polyform. Art for art’s sake – I advised on the procurement of art selection – notice the bold fine art pieces from one of my new favorite up-&-coming contemporary artists, Rene Garza! Words can not describe how pleased I am with the overall look of this edgy yet dynamic home.
I look forward to sharing more of this chic, utopia built for such a sweet, international family with great taste! Let me know your thoughts on this project too and stay tuned for a special “Get The Look” featuring one of my favorite rooms.
